This mid-length dress has flirty ruffle sleeves, handkerchief hem, and a front v-neckline. Self-fabric sash helps bring in the waist. Finished with our antique white buttons down the front. Shown here in Meyer Lemon Stripe with embroidery. Made from our soft cotton voile.
